FAQ

Can I send my prescription later?

Yes. Choose "Send it later" and email it to info@specsathome.london or WhatsApp a photo to +44 7475 293322. We only make your lenses once we have it.

What is PD?

Pupillary distance is the gap between your pupils in mm. It is often on your prescription. If not, tick "I don't know my PD" and we'll help you measure it.

Frame size guide

The size is three numbers in millimetres, e.g. 52 x 18 x 140 mm:

Lens width Bridge
Lens widthFirst number: width of one lens
BridgeSecond number: gap between the lenses, over your nose
TempleThird number: length of the arm

Tip: look on the inside of the arm of glasses that fit you well. If the numbers are within 2–3 mm, the fit will feel similar.
