What is glasses reglazing?
Reglazing means fitting new lenses into the frames you already own. It suits you if your lenses are scratched or your prescription has changed, but you still love your frames.
You save money because you are not buying new frames, and you keep a pair that already fits you. We recommend and routinely apply anti-reflective coating to scratch-resistant lenses.

Thinner lenses
High-index lenses keep a stronger prescription slimmer in your frames.
Tints and photochromic
Clear to tinted, lenses that darken in the sun, or full sunglasses from the frames you already own.
Computer and office
Lenses such as Zeiss Office focus on your screen and desk, and can include a coating that lessens blue light.
Driving lenses
Zeiss DriveSafe and its Hoya and Essilor equivalents reduce glare from headlights and streetlights.
The from £12 price is for single vision lenses in standard thickness in full rim frames. The price rises for high-index lenses, tints, varifocals and photochromic lenses, and you see it online before you send anything.

Do I have to be in London to use your reglazing service?
No. Our reglazing is done by post, so you can send your glasses to us from outside London too. One customer from Dorset sent theirs to us after visiting London.

What is glasses reglazing?
Reglazing means fitting new lenses into the frames you already own. New, vintage or favourite frames can all be fitted, whether they are full rim, semi-rimless or rimless, and the size and shape of your lenses can be replicated.
How much does reglazing cost?
Reglazing starts from £12 in full rim frames, £18 in semi rimless frames and £30 in rimless frames. That is for single vision lenses in standard thickness, with no tint or specialised treatment besides anti-reflective coating. The price rises for thinner high-index lenses, tints, varifocals and photochromic lenses. You see your price online before you send anything.
How long does reglazing take?
Usually 5 to 7 working days from collection to delivery, and we keep you updated throughout.
Can you reglaze designer frames?
Yes, we work with most designer and high street brands. If your frames are in good condition we can likely reglaze them, and we confirm this before any work starts.
Can I get reglazing done the same day?
Sometimes. Fresh single vision lenses can be part of our same day service, but varifocals, bifocals, high-index lenses and some coatings are not usually available the same day. Call or WhatsApp us with your prescription and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you accept NHS vouchers?
Yes, we accept NHS vouchers on eligible eyewear purchases.
