Ordering prescription glasses online? Here's how to send us your prescription and what happens before we make your lenses.

• How we check your prescription

  One of our Optical Dispensing Consultants checks your prescription before we make your lenses. If any details are missing or unclear, we'll get in touch before we go ahead.

• How to send us your prescription

  • Upload a copy when choosing your lenses. A clear photo or PDF is fine.
  • Enter your prescription manually. We'll contact you to ask for a copy or arrange to confirm the details with the optometrist or doctor who issued it.
  • Send it after ordering by email or WhatsApp. Please include your order number so we can match it to your order.

  We'll hold your order until we've verified your prescription.

• Which prescriptions we accept

  Please send us a glasses prescription issued by an Optometrist or Eye Doctor which is within date.

• Prescription glasses for children under 16

  We dispense prescription glasses for children under 16 in person. Please call 020 3886 2278 to discuss what your child needs and arrange a visit.

• If we can't verify your prescription

  If we're unable to verify your prescription, we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

• Frames, sunglasses and optical lenses

  We specialise in glasses frames, sunglasses and optical lenses. You can order frames without lenses and non-prescription sunglasses without sending us a prescription. We don't sell contact lenses.
